I've gotten a few emails about the PE1820s, so I figure I'll post what I know about them (not a lot unfortunately): Manufacturer: IHI, reworked by PE Size of turbo: P20; This is IHI labelling for turbos, eg. GT25 for Garrett and TD05 for Mitsu; note that this is the same size as the PE1420. Compressor flow rating: 18M^3/min = 635cfm Notice a pattern here? 18M^3/min... P20... PE1820? :) Kit contents: I don't know, but probably similar to PE1420 since they are both P20 size turbos, so the downpipes, etc may be interchangeable I *think* the P20 turbos are just a tad larger than the TD05s... so perhaps the PE1420 is like a TD05-16G, and the PE1820 is like a TD05-20G... there is no PE1620 in case you are wondering... I have doubts that stock manifolds are going to flow enough for the PE1820, no matter how you port/extrude hone it. Pentroof can make manifolds for these PE turbos, but I don't think the turbos will be mounted in exactly the same spot as stock, so the any supplied downpipe may not fit. I've heard of a number of WRXs running the PE1820, and I've heard only good things about it. I think they will not have as much potential as the GT2835 or TD06 since the turbo is just not as large, but they should be good for 600-700rwhp. I haven't heard of anyone running the PE1820s on the Z32... so I can't tell you how well it works on the Z32. I wasn't even sure if they had a PE1820 turbo kit for the Z32 until I dug up an old magazine that clearly listed it for the Z32. ... Pricing and availability: check with Chip Ginn (ginnmotorsports.com)... I know this is a plug for a competitor, but he can get the PE turbos at a better price than I can :)
